Might want to take a look at how comment guard is able to ban users. They have to be using the API. Same as our CRM software Re-amaze.

Hmm thanks for bringing that to my attention. I'll give another look through the API docs, I may have missed something. They may just be auto-hiding comments from users that you've "banned" - which is something we could add if the API doesn't support it.

Hmm maybe but they have the auto-hide + a ban feature. Our re-amaze CRM also has a hide (not auto hide) and ban user feature.

Unfortunately, Facebook's API currently doesn't support this action. We'll keep an eye out for if/when they add it

So basically the ban feature doesn’t work in Brandwise, right?
Being able to restrict/ban someone on Instagram or Facebook would be nice.
