Team Activity & Performance Analytics

It would be very helpful to have a team activity and performance tracking feature inside Brandwise.
Currently, there’s no easy way to see which team member replied to a Facebook comment, DM, or email.

I’d love to see:

• The name of the team member who handled each comment or message.

• Daily analytics for each team member, per day, per week, per month, showing:

  • Number of comments deleted

  • Number of comments hidden

  • Number of comments liked

  • Number of comments marked as read

  • Number of comments replied to

• A detailed overview of all comments each team member has replied to, including the actual reply text.

This would help teams track productivity, accountability, and engagement quality — especially for customer service and social media management teams.
