Email Integration for Shopify Orders
Quick feature request for Conversations: adding search of orders by customer email / phone number into the “Link Shopify Order” (in addition to the order number), then attach the correct order to the conversation. Why: it reduces back-and-forth, avoids mistakes, and speeds up resolution when customers don’t have their order number.

Team Activity & Performance Analytics
It would be very helpful to have a team activity and performance tracking feature inside Brandwise. Currently, there’s no easy way to see which team member replied to a Facebook comment, DM, or email. I’d love to see: The name of the team member who handled each comment or message. Daily analytics for each team member, per day, per week, per month, showing: Number of comments deleted Number of comments hidden Number of comments liked Number of comments marked as read Number of comments replied to A detailed overview of all comments each team member has replied to, including the actual reply text. This would help teams track productivity, accountability, and engagement quality — especially for customer service and social media management teams.

Add overflow fix for too many pages
For some that have too many pages, all of the pages are stacked on top of each other out of the window screen size. In the meantime I’ve found zooming out to helps me through this (for now), but a scroll overflow fix would be nice.

Ability to use brandwise with mobile
when i open the brandwise homepage at my mobile, the screen is postponed so it´s not possible to answer comments from my mobile. So adjusting the homepage for mobile or a brandwise app would help

view ai reply history to verify quality+see value
right now, things are a bit confusing in the UI with being able to see what ai replies were made, what the comments/content was. in order top have confidence in the system, would be ideal to easily and in realtime see ai replies as they go out so any adjustments can be made+stakeholders at brands can be confident that it's 'quality enough'.
